During each visit we check for water leaks and damp, test taps and flush toilets to keep plumbing active, open windows and air rooms to prevent mould and musty odours, check locks, windows and security systems, inspect for pest activity, monitor plants (indoor watering if agreed), and take photographs of every room for your records.
