Calls went unanswered. Bookings were unreliable. Communication was difficult. And the quality was inconsistent. 5 years later, Marbella Maid is the answer to that problem.

We run a centralised operation — not a loose network of freelance cleaners. Pia Barcelo personally manages every client account from our office at Pl. Sta. Mónica, 3C, 29604 Marbella, Málaga. When you send a WhatsApp message, Pia Barcelo responds. When you need a same-day clean, Pia Barcelo dispatches the team. When something needs attention, Pia Barcelo follows up. You always know exactly who to contact and you always get a response.
Our team of 14 cleaners — including Suzy, Roxana, Pamela, and Greg — are certified professionals with over 20 years of combined cleaning experience. Every team member is fully insured, vetted, and trained in our cleaning standards. We don’t send strangers to your home. We send trained professionals who are part of our team.
