These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by Marbella Maid (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered at Pl. Sta. Mónica, 3C, 29604 Marbella, Málaga.
Service Agreement
By booking a cleaning service with Marbella Maid, you agree to these terms. We provide cleaning, laundry, ironing, key holding, and related property services as described on our website and in our communications with you.
Booking and Payment
Services are booked via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We provide a quote before commencing work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. For regular contracts, monthly invoicing may be arranged.
Cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled cleans. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service cost. Same-day bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
Access and Keys
If we hold keys to your property, they are stored securely at our office and handled only by authorised staff. We accept no liability for items left in the property during cleaning unless negligence on our part can be demonstrated.
Liability and Insurance
All our team members are fully insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will assess and resolve the claim promptly. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of €1,000 per incident.
Eco-Friendly Products
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products as standard. If you have specific product requirements or allergies, please inform us before the first clean.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff, or if a client engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marbella, Málaga.
